These terms apply to your use of this website. They are written to be read rather than skipped — the important parts are that this is an information site, that you must be 18 or over, and that decisions you make about a real-money app are your own.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them as things change; the version on this page is always the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.

2. What this website is

IV7 Gaming is an independent information site about the IV7 Android app. We publish download guides, explanations of how the app works, and safety information. Everything here is provided for general information only.

3. What this website is not

We do not operate the IV7 app. We are not its developer or publisher. We do not:

hold, process or transfer any player funds;
create, access, suspend or close player accounts;
issue, approve or reverse deposits, withdrawals or bonuses;
have any visibility into your balance, transaction history or KYC status;
offer gambling, wagering or any real-money service ourselves.

Anything to do with your account goes through in-app support. We cannot help with it, and any message asking us to will be pointed back there.

4. Eligibility

This site covers an 18+ product and is intended for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old, and that accessing information about real-money gaming is lawful where you are.

Rules on real-money gaming vary between Indian states and have changed more than once in recent years. Confirming the current position in your own state before you deposit anywhere is your responsibility, not ours and not the app's.

5. Accuracy of information

We work to keep app versions, file sizes, deposit and withdrawal figures, bonus ladders and payout timings accurate, and we date every page so you can judge how fresh it is. Even so, app details change without notice, and the app itself is the authoritative source for anything about your account.

Where this site and the app disagree, believe the app. We re-check these pages against the live app on each release, and every page carries the date it was last reviewed so you can judge how current it is.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on this site is a promise of winnings, income or any particular result. Real-money gaming involves financial risk and outcomes depend on chance. Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, VIP thresholds and payout times are set by the platform and can be changed by it at any time.

7. Downloads and third-party software

Where this site points you to the IV7 APK, we describe the official build and explain how to verify what you have. Installing any APK is your own decision, made on your own device.

We take no responsibility for files obtained from mirror sites, forums, messaging groups or any source other than the official one — which is exactly why we spend so much of the APK page on how to tell the difference.

8. Third-party links

We link to external resources — payment providers, Android documentation, helplines. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Intellectual property

The written content, page structure and design of this website belong to us. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Wholesale copying, scraping or republishing is not permitted.

Product names, logos and brands referenced on this site — including IV7, Android, Google Play, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and JILI — are the property of their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

break any applicable law;
scrape, mirror or bulk-republish the content;
attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
misrepresent the site as an official IV7 channel or as a way to reach player support.

11. Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including gaming losses, losses from a file obtained elsewhere, losses from information that had become out of date, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Support and account queries

This site provides no support channel and cannot act on anything to do with an IV7 account. Deposits, withdrawals, password resets, KYC and account closure all go through the support button inside the IV7 app, which is the only route that reaches someone able to see your account.
